Two People. Three Products. Zero Investors. This Is Sevorse Labs.

No photographer. No plan. Just me and Kishan the way we always are. Leaning on a car somewhere between two conversations about what we are building and what we are breaking and what comes next.

This is what Sevorse Labs actually looks like.

Not an office. Not a team of twenty. Just two people who decided the 9 to 5 world was not built for them and went and built their own thing instead.

I am JP. Kishan handles the engineering. I handle the direction, the design, the story of what we build and why. Between us we cover everything.

We have three products live right now.

Sparkle. Toppins. Kustoms.

Each one solves a completely different problem. Each one has real users. Each one is growing without any marketing spend behind it.

We are selected for Google for Startups. Our infrastructure is covered through 2027. Every rupee we have goes back into building.

Two people. Three products. Zero external funding.

That is Sevorse Labs right now.

The thing about building this way is that you find out very quickly what is real and what is not.

You cannot fake traction when you have no budget to manufacture it. You cannot hide behind a big team when there are only two of you. Every product either works or it does not. Every decision either matters or it is a waste of both your time.

That constraint is brutal. And it is the best thing that ever happened to us.

Because it means everything we have built has had to earn its users on its own.

Sparkle quietly crossed 700 signups without a single rupee in marketing. On the day our API was completely down and nothing worked, 4 people signed up and 20 were active on the platform simultaneously. 25 new signups came in on a single afternoon.

People showing up for something that was not even working properly.

That told us more than any market research ever could.

We are not going to pretend we had a plan for any of this.

We build things we believe in. We ship them. We see what happens. We fix what breaks. We build the next one.

The problems we are going after are big. The markets are real.

We are just getting started.
